He is an electronics engineer from IIT Delhi (1986) and holds an MBA from IIM, Bangalore (1990–92). He has attended a Leadership Development Program by Harvard Business School. He is currently pursuing a PhD from the IIT Delhi Department of Management Studies, and his area of research is Innovation Strategy.
